Lizeth Perales

Lizeth Perales is an attorney at MJB Law Group, where she advocates for employee rights. Ms. Perales is passionate about advocating for employees and was a paralegal at a plaintiff employment law firm for over a decade before she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney.

While in law school, Ms. Perales was selected to be a member of Law Review and the Moot Court Honors team, where she competed in national competitions. Ms. Perales was also elected to Vice President of the Student Bar Association for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Since being admitted to practice law, Ms. Perales has worked exclusively on behalf of employees who have had their workplace rights violated. Ms. Perales has a broad depth of experience protecting employee rights in both state and federal courts and arbitration. She has second chaired multiple trials and is well versed in discovery and law and motion.

Ms. Perales is a member of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

In her spare time, Ms. Perales engages in philanthropic community outreach opportunities through her involvement with Star Wars costuming groups, where she volunteers at hospitals and community events to bring joy and happiness to children in need.

Ms. Perales is also bilingual in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse range of clients at MJB Law Group.
